Sign under Client, and fill out the indicated
address and contact information.
Our Acceptance of this Agreement is contingent upon
NTPTS’s pre-qualification of the property based
on a review of the property characteristics, capped
value, taxable value, exemptions, potential tax savings,
etc. If we have any questions during this pre-qualification
analysis we will contact you. If you do not receive
our confirmation in the form of an “Accepted”
Agreement with our signature in a reasonable time
after transmitting please call us.
- Appointment Of Agent: this form authorized us to represent you to your county.
