Property Representation Agreement

Print the Property Representation Agreement (PRA)
Sign under Client, and fill out the indicated address and contact information.

Conditional Acceptance Criteria
Our Acceptance of this Agreement is contingent upon pre-qualification analysis based on a review of the property characteristics, capped value, taxable value, exemptions, potential tax savings, etc. If we have any questions during this pre-qualification analysis we will contact you.

Client Responsibilities
• Contact us if you do not receive a signed-as-accepted copy of this Agreement within two weeks (or before the May 31st deadline).
• Ensure that we receive a valid signed Appointment of Agent (AOA) form. We will confirm to you our receipt of the AOA and the Agreement.
• This Agreement is effective only if NTPTS has signed above as Accepted, and if NTPTS has a valid signed Appointment of Agent (AOA) form.

Print the AOA
This form authorizes us to represent you at the Appraisal District.

Fill in Steps 1 (mailing address), Step 2 (property address or parcel ID if known), Put your signature at Step 10.
