Chris Bawcom (email)

As a property tax consultant, Chris specializes in residential single family homes, multi-family properties (duplexes, triplexes, etc.), and apartment complexes.  Chris also works closely with developers to insure that new or remodeled homes are valued at the appropriate market level, and that undeveloped lots held for inventory reflect current market conditions.

Chris has over thirteen years of extensive experience in representing homeowners and property owners with protests and appeals to the Appraisal Districts and the Appraisal Review Boards in Travis, Williamson, and other Central Texas counties.

While attending the University of Texas at Austin, Chris began his career with Texas Protax (Austin, Texas) in 1998.  He graduated from the University of Texas Business School with a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Accounting.

Holland Brown (email)

Holland, Property Tax Consultant, specializes in residential properties, and brings his experience from serving on the Travis County Appraisal Review Board (ARB) for three years prior to joining North Texas Property Tax Services.

Holland's experience in participating in hundreds of taxpayer appeals as a member of the ARB (Appraisal Review Board) has given him a sense of what works for taxpayers in a protest hearing (both informally with an Appraisal District employee, and in a Formal Hearing in front of the ARB) and how to be most effective in arguing for a lower appraised value.

 

Chrystal Baker (email)

Chrystal, licensed Property Tax Consultant, specializes in residential properties.  As Office Manager, Chrystal is the first line of contact for client inquires, protest status, and billing inquires, and ensures that the client’s authorization documentation is current with the appraisal districts.
